RISTORANTE CAVOUR CELEBRATES THE HOLIDAYS WITH ITALIAN FLAIR

Ristorante Cavour at Hotel Granduca, will be celebrating Christmas and New Year Eve featuring two distinct holiday menus that showcase Executive Chef Renato DePirro’s talents and Italian cooking traditions.  For reservations call 713-418-1104.  Reservations are recommended and a 48 hour cancellation notice is required.


Lavish Christmas Brunch – December 25th, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.


Chef DePirro has designed a lavish Christmas Day Brunch menu offering an array of specialty stations featuring a variety of omelets; a carving station of prime rib and oven-roasted Chilean Sea Bass; a risotto station with a choice of lobster, rock shrimp, summer vegetables, Tuscan sausage and Fontina cheese; a savory display which includes chilled salads, soups, an array of cold cuts, fresh fruits and smoked salmon.  In addition, an extensive seafood display of king crab legs, Gulf shrimp and fresh water oysters will also complementthe menu. 


To top off a perfect meal, Ristorante Cavour’s dessert display will include a selection of Tiramisu, apple pie, chocolate mousse pecan tarts and other Italian delectable’s.  Ristorante Cavour will also be offering a holiday children’s menu for Christmas.  Price is $70 for adults and $30 for children ages 5 – 12, plus tax and gratuity. 


Ring in the New Year in Granduca Style – December 31st, 6 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.


What better way to ring in the New Year than by toasting the night away in Tuscany at one of Houston’s most celebrated northern Italian restaurants.  Ristorante Cavour will be offering a five-course sparkling menu designed by Executive Chef Renato DePirro featuring regional Italian influences for $125 per person plus tax and gratuity.  Ristorante Cavour’s sommelier will also pair exquisite wines with each course for an additional $45 per person.
