Chef Maurizio Ferrarese
Born and raised in Italy, Chef Maurizio Ferrarese applies a food philosophy rooted in tradition, memories of family meals, and true culinary talent. After gaining years of experience working with the Four Seasons group in Europe and the U.S., Chef Maurizio joined Hotel Granduca in 2018 as our Executive Chef, where he inspires and delights guests with his award-winning specialty dishes and his flair for making simple ingredients shine.

Chef Maurizio joined the Hotel Granduca team back in 2018, and has won numerous food-inspired awards since then. He is always one of the top Chefs in the Risotto Festival as well as Truffle Masters. One of his signature dishes is his Winter Black Truffle and Lobster, truly a must-try if it is on the menu!
