This Valentine’s Day, join us at Remi for an intimate dining experience, featuring curated Valentine’s offerings from Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese, available during dinner service from February 12–14. Menu highlights include tableside-prepared Lobster Saffron Risotto, Black Truffle Tagliolini, and Beef Tenderloin with Morel Mushrooms and Truffle Jus. Each evening is enhanced by live music, white-linen tables, champagne and festive cocktails, and a rose presented upon arrival—all complemented by our thoughtfully composed menu and refined ambiance.
